Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking products while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older with the ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience a plus.
