Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of general cleaning duties and adherence to company policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
