Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and monitoring.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Able to safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
