Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, a renowned retail company. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company procedures, maintain security, and handle documents confidentially.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail environment and adherence to company policies.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
