Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, a renowned retail company. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain security, and handle documents confidentially.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
- Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Operate equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with retail environment and adherence to company policies.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
