Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred
