Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
  • Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Operate a cash register efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
