Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
- Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Operate a cash register efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
