Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Report product and inventory issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of general cleaning standards and company procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
