Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Safe and proper operation of equipment
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
