Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
