We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to join the dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers in a fast-paced airport environment, assisting with various aspects of the rental and return process. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return processes on airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and car check-in locations.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a variety of shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
