Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers at various touchpoints during the rental or return process, providing excellent service and support. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return processes at airport lots.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support at all stages of interaction.
• Operate handheld devices for data entry and processing rentals.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
