Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. As part of our growing enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them with the return process of rental cars, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
  • Greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle condition.
  • Check-in vehicles using computer systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout interactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
