Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. As part of our growing enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them with the return process of rental cars, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle condition.
- Check-in vehicles using computer systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout interactions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
