About the Role: Join our energetic Avis Budget Group team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves assisting customers on the airport lots with various processes related to rental and returns, providing exceptional service in an outdoor setting. From checking cars to processing rentals, you will play a central role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal communication
- Ability to work outdoors and in varied shifts
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Retail customer service experience preferable
