Customer Service Representative - Medical, dental and other insurance + PTO!
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As part of our dynamic enterprise, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return of rental cars and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
- Record vehicle details such as mileage, gas levels, and damages.
- Check-in vehicles using our computer system while delivering top-notch customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and willingness to work outdoors.
- Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
