Location: St. Louis Park, MN on Excelsior Blvd
Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Thurs)
Description: Metro Dentalcare is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care, work with full clinical autonomy, and have access to mentorship and continuous education to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding patient care with full clinical autonomy
- Participate in a robust Hygiene mentor program for support and skill enhancement
- Engage in continuous education to develop clinical skills
- Collaborate with a 10-person team promoting communication and community
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in MN
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- New Graduate or years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in using dental tools and electronic medical record systems
- Desire for continuous learning and skill development
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions
