Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- CPR Certification.

- Ability to meet clinical needs and provide preventative care.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
