We are looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Metro Dentalcare in St. Louis Park, MN. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and clinical support. This full-time position offers a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients.
• Work collaboratively with the patient care team to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
• Continuously enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
• Adhere to all dental hygiene procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• Active dental hygienist license in MN and a degree in dental hygiene.
• Proficiency in dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience with dental technologies such as Velscope and digital x-rays is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
