Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience - Sleep to join their team. As a key member of the Global Medical Affairs department, the Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality scientific and medical communications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan.
  • Create an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan for the sleep molecule.
  • Collaborate with Medical Communications for communication strategy and publication plans.
  • Review and assess medical education grant proposals and investigator trial proposals.
  • Maintain strong scientific knowledge of the Sleep market and competitive landscape.
  • Develop KPIs to track the success of the Medical strategy and plan.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and participate in the Global Expert Engagement plan.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry, particularly in Sleep.
  • 7-10 years of Medical Affairs or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
  • Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high professionalism, and collaboration abilities.
  • Doctorate degree required, MD degree preferred.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a base pay range of $200,000-$300,000, with additional benefits including annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and flexible paid vacation.
