Job Description
We are seeking a District Manager who is a current college student interested in taking on real responsibility and making a significant impact at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $95,000 and includes a signing bonus of $5,000, with salary increases in subsequent years. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for supervising up to six stores in the Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina division. Your duties will include staffing, training, team development, compliance management, and driving operational excellence to achieve company goals.

- Monitor store conditions, employee performance, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage store personnel, recruitment, training, and motivation.
- Willingness to travel daily with a company car.
