Responsibilities
- Supervise up to six stores within the district.
- Lead and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
- Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
- Recruit, train, and retain a professional workforce.
- Conduct store inventory counts and audits as per guidelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of human resource management principles.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
- Proven experience in retail management or related field.
