Event/Delivery Staff

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to plans and guidelines, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation, plating dishes attractively, and ensuring high-quality standards.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as required.
• Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Efficiently clear tables, reset spaces, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless coordination and teamwork.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
• Assist with post-event cleanup, packing, and storing equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or banquet service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
