Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Executive Director for Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations. This pivotal role involves leading a team responsible for the execution and delivery of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in solid tumor clinical development, strategic planning, global operational expertise, and robust leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the Jazz late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team for high-quality clinical trial protocols.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff for goal alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 10 years in oncology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research functions and ICH GCPs.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and clinical operations expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
