We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solid tumor clinical development, strategic operational planning, and global clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the Jazz late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Provide direction and mentorship to staff, including setting goals aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in clinical research, ICH GCPs, regulatory/legal issues, and clinical trial technology.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
