Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative primary care solution team at One Medical. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with varying healthcare needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Deliver care in-office, testing centers, and through tele-health visits.
• Participate in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform in-office procedures utilizing your clinical expertise and training.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or relevant settings.
• State licensure in New York by the start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency in evidence-based practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to patient needs.
• Comfort with technology to deliver high-quality care and drive healthcare innovation.
