Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a sense of community within the fitness space.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Manage class schedules to maximize attendance and adapt to seasonal trends.
- Ensure all equipment, facilities, and programming meet VASA standards.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training and coaching.
- Promote a culture of care, connection, and enthusiasm among team members and members.
