Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and exceed key performance indicators.
- Ensure exceptional member experiences through motivating classes that build community.
- Train, mentor, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness studio management or group fitness leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive attendance and meet performance goals.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive, engaging environment.
