We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging fitness environment that promotes inclusivity and community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance metrics and setting strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and flawless execution of programming.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development, emphasizing safety and effectiveness in classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness studio management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members.
• Passion for fitness, customer service, and creating a supportive community atmosphere.
