Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the key driver of creating an uplifting fitness experience, you will oversee STUDIO and Group Fitness operations, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere that motivates and uplifts our members.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness schedules.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by maintaining clean, safe, and engaging fitness spaces.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Establish a culture focused on unity, passion, and authentic community connections.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
