Job Description
Join our team at VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and trendsetting fitness experience, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance data to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
- Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe spaces, executing marketing events, and following SOPs.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing member concerns promptly and fostering a high-energy, community-focused environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of fitness professionals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and team members effectively.
- Fitness certification and CPR/AED certification preferred.
