Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience that maximizes STUDIO and Group Fitness utilization. Your role involves ensuring active memberships, growing class counts, and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talented instructors and coaches to drive club engagement and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics to meet financial targets and exceed KPIs.
- Deliver high-energy classes that inspire and uplift members while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coach and mentor instructors to enhance their skills and deliver world-class programming.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive results and exceed performance goals.
