Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness utilization while fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs; drive Studio and Group Fitness attendance.
- Ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained and programming is executed flawlessly.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver world-class fitness experiences.
- Prioritize member satisfaction by creating high-energy classes that foster a sense of community and connection.
