Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by developing and maintaining competitive class schedules, recruiting top talent, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance data to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by ensuring clean, safe spaces, flawless execution of initiatives, and ongoing training and coaching for instructors.
• Create a culture of care, enthusiasm, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive results.
• Passion for fitness, community-building, and exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
