As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, while maximizing studio and group fitness utilization.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that foster motivation and community.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Deliver care, create connections, and address member needs promptly and professionally.
