- Compensation: $25.75/hr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain compliance with HACCP, SSOP, and quality standards.
- Identify and address deviations from specifications promptly.
- Document corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for deviations.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, lift 20 lbs, and work in a cold environment.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in food safety, quality, or food manufacturing.
- Previous Cargill experience is a plus.
