Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining the company's competitive position in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
