Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans to improve store performance, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
- Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product freshness and quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
