Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join ALDI, a renowned company committed to excellence in retail. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in leading store operations, supervising teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Manage inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls.
- Supervise store operations and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is advantageous.
