We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members for desired outcomes.
• Identify training opportunities to support team growth and development.
• Monitor competitive landscape and propose strategies to maintain market position.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Supervise operations, escalate issues when needed, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
