Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and fostering a team-oriented environment to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members to achieve desired results.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development and performance improvement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product quality.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior management experience preferred.
