Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
