Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback to store management and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Supervise store personnel to ensure adherence to customer service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Merchandise products effectively, maintain store appearance, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in inventory management and product ordering tasks.
• Lead and support team members, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
• Perform assigned duties and tasks according to ALDI ACTS Competencies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
