Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you'll be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
