Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
