Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, customer service, and store upkeep. Enhance the shopping experience for our customers while working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management regarding product quality and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
