Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and scanning errors.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
