Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are well-organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to improve products and address inventory issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies with diligence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting merchandise and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
