Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to offer a top-notch shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
