Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's appearance is impeccable, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with your team. This position offers a starting wage of $15.50 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and provide top-notch customer assistance.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management, offering feedback on products and inventory.
• Handle cash transactions following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
