Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with the team.
• Assist with inventory management and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
