Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a top-notch customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with our team members, demonstrate excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working with the ALDI team.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to help improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
